All our beds are made-to-order products, there is very unlikely you will have any issue with the product, however if there is any issue, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue ASAP

Order Amendments

We will call you within 24 hours* of receiving your order. Our call will be to confirm delivery details,

Once when we will receive your order, this takes us 24 hours to put on the production, if you would like to amend the order, please contact us within 24 hours after place an order, and we will amend the order free of charge, however you contact us after 24 hours, there will be 50% charge to amend, as all our product are made to order product, therefore we have to dispose off and manufacture new one, as per your instruction

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after place an order, and we will cancel your order with full refund, there will be 50% cancellation charges after your order

Returns

Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Comforest.

We offer 30 days free return with full refund, if there is any issue the products, please note we will not accept return of made to order unless they are faulty (all our products are made-to-order (exclusively made for you 

Failed deliveries

We will contact you before delivery and will agree with yourself about delivery date, and 4 hours delivery time-slot, if you are not available to accept the delivery, there will be fee of £50 to re-arrange the delivery,

Delivery

The average delivery take around 5-10 days, however most deliveries within a week from the date of the order, this is single man door step delivery service, please note the courier will not take the bed inside the home, if block of flat the courier will deliver on ground floor,
