However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately, and we will do our utmost to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Order Amendments

Upon receiving your order, we will call you within 24 hours to confirm your delivery details. Please note that production begins within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you need to amend your order, please contact us within this 24-hour window for free changes. However, if you request amendments after 24 hours, a 50% fee will apply, as all our products are made-to-order and changes require disposing of the existing order and manufacturing a new one according to your instructions.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Returns

At Comforest, every order is important to us, and we want you to feel fully supported throughout your entire experience. That's why we offer a 30-day free return policy with a full refund if you encounter any issues with your products. Please note, however, that we do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless they are faulty, as all our products are exclusively made for you.

Failed Deliveries

We will contact you before delivery to agree on a delivery date and a 4-hour time slot. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, a £50 fee will apply to rearrange it.

Delivery

Standard delivery guarantees that your products will arrive within 7 working days. If you need your order sooner, you can choose our express delivery option for £30, which delivers your order within 3 working days. Please note that our deliveries use a one-person doorstep service, so the courier will not bring the item inside your home. For apartment buildings, the courier will deliver to the ground floor only. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
