- Try it for 30 nights: Test your bed at home for up to 30 nights.
- No charge for faulty beds: Free collection + full refund/replacement.
- Small charge for preference-based returns: Collection fee of £60 (you still receive a full product refund).
- Simple process: Notify us within 30 days and we’ll handle everything quickly.
How Our Returns Process Works
- 1 Get in touch: Contact our team within 30 days of delivery.

2 Schedule collection:
- Faulty beds: free pickup.
- Preference-based: £60 collection fee.
- 3 Pack it up: Keep it in original condition and packaging.

4 Get refunded:
- Faulty beds: full refund or replacement.
- Preference-based: refund minus £60 fee (within 5 business days).
What If the Bed Is Returned in Bad Condition?
If the bed is returned damaged or heavily soiled (not due to a manufacturing fault), we may deduct up to 70% of the refund to cover costs.
- Faulty beds: still a full refund/replacement.
- Preference returns: deductions may apply if not in original condition.
