  • No charge for faulty beds: Free collection + full refund/replacement.
  • Small charge for preference-based returns: Collection fee of £60 (you still receive a full product refund).
  • Simple process: Notify us within 30 days and we’ll handle everything quickly.
How Our Returns Process Works
  1. 1 Get in touch: Contact our team within 30 days of delivery.
  2. 2 Schedule collection:
    • Faulty beds: free pickup.
    • Preference-based: £60 collection fee.
  3. 3 Pack it up: Keep it in original condition and packaging.
  4. 4 Get refunded:
    • Faulty beds: full refund or replacement.
    • Preference-based: refund minus £60 fee (within 5 business days).
What If the Bed Is Returned in Bad Condition?

If the bed is returned damaged or heavily soiled (not due to a manufacturing fault), we may deduct up to 70% of the refund to cover costs.

  • Faulty beds: still a full refund/replacement.
  • Preference returns: deductions may apply if not in original condition.
