Try it for 30 nights: Take your time to test your new bed at home for up to 30 nights.
No charge for faulty beds: If your bed has a defect, we’ll collect it for free and offer a full refund or replacement, because we stand by the quality of our products.
Small charge for preference-based returns: If the bed just isn’t your style but is in perfect condition, we’ll arrange collection for a fee of £60 (depending on logistics). You’ll still get a full refund for the bed itself.

How Our Returns Process Works
1. Get in touch: Not happy or spotted a fault? Contact our friendly team within 30 days of delivery via phone, email, or our website.
2. Schedule collection:
- Faulty beds: We’ll pick it up at no cost to you.
- Preference-based returns: We’ll arrange pickup for a small fee of £60 to cover collection costs.
3. Pack it up: Please have the bed in its original condition and packaging, ready for collection.
4. Get refunded:
- Faulty beds: Full refund or replacement after collection.
- Preference-based returns: Full refund for the bed (minus the £60 collection fee) within 5 business days.
What If the Bed Is Returned in Bad Condition?
If the bed is returned in a condition that is not due to a manufacturing fault (e.g., damaged or heavily soiled), we reserve the right to subtract up to 70% of the refund to cover the cost of damages. This policy ensures we can continue offering high-quality products and services to all our customers while keeping our returns process fair.
- For faulty beds: If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, you’ll still receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
- For preference-based returns: If the bed is returned in poor condition (not due to a fault), we’ll assess the damage and deduct up to 70% from your refund to cover repair or replacement costs.
We kindly ask that you take care of the bed during the trial period and return it in its original condition to avoid any deductions.
