We use company vehicles to transport products to our customers' homes, and our dedicated distribution team works around the clock to ensure that every order is delivered on time and in immaculate condition.
Delivery Information
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a welcome call as our team begins processing your order. Your order will then be inspected by our dedicated quality control team to ensure the product meets our high standards. Once the order is prepared and approved, you will be contacted by phone and/or email to confirm the delivery date and time slot. Additionally, a text message will be sent to you the day before delivery to reconfirm these details. All products will be delivered within 7 working days from the order date, with our dedicated distribution team and company vehicles ensuring prompt delivery in perfect condition.
For customers who need their order sooner, we offer an express delivery option. You can upgrade to 3 working day delivery for an additional charge of £30. Please select the express delivery option at checkout if you wish to use this service.
